✔ Guest Requirements – Primary guest must be 18+ with valid ID (Passport, Aadhar, Govt. ID, or Driving License).
✔ Food & Smoking – Outside food is not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within the premises.
✔ Guest Profile – Unmarried couples are welcome. Groups with only male guests are not permitted.
✔ Alcohol Policy – Alcohol is not allowed in common areas.
Pet Policy & Property Access
✔ Pet-Friendly – Only dogs & cats allowed (Max: 1 pet per booking). ₹999 per day charge.
✔ Pet Restrictions – Pets must be on a leash, and they are not allowed in the pool & restaurant. No pet food provided.
✔ Accessibility & Check-in – Not wheelchair accessible. Check-in assistance by caretaker/host (no self-check-in). Keys available from building staff.
Booking Terms & Policies
✔ Booking – 50% advance required; balance due on arrival. Confirmation sent within 24 hours.
✔ Cancellation & Refunds – 15+ days: 90% refund, 7-14 days: 50% refund, <7 days: No refund. Extreme weather: reschedule or full refund. Refunds within 7 business days.
✔ Rescheduling – Free if done 7+ days prior. 2-7 days: 20% fee. Within 48 hours: Not allowed.
Exclusions
✖ Personal Expenses – Laundry, extra snacks, etc.
✖ GST & Taxes – Applicable as per government regulations.
✖ Transport Facility – To & from the campsite not included.
✖ Drinks – No soft or hard drinks included.
✖ Unforeseen Expenses – Costs due to rain, landslides, or other uncontrollable situations.
